1. Acceptance

By using this website or enrolling in a Devlink Core program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Educational purpose

Content is provided for informational and educational purposes about cold wallet review documentation and Cold Wallet Audit Board practice. It does not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See also Not Financial Advice.

3. Accounts and enrollment communications

When you contact us or enroll, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials we issue for cohort materials.

4. Intellectual property

Site design, course outlines, worksheets, and written materials are owned by Devlink Core or its licensors. You may use materials for your internal learning under a purchased seat. You may not resell, publicly republish, or sublicense course materials without prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt services, scrape content at a scale that impairs availability, or use materials to provide regulated advice unless you are independently authorized to do so.

6. Pricing and payments

Prices shown on this website are informational. Checkout is not processed on this site. Payment terms, invoices, and seat counts are confirmed in a separate enrollment communication. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

7. Third-party links

Links to third parties, including the Microsoft Store home page, are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and materials are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that content is complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular custody architecture.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Korea, Devlink Core and its instructors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site or educational materials. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a paid program shall not exceed the fees you paid to Devlink Core for that program in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Devlink Core harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the materials, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of advice to third parties based on the materials.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Seoul, Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
